Is Frozen Ever After Still A Fixer Upper?

How has the new Frozen ride in Epcot been functioning lately? Still down at least once every day? Have the delays decreased?
We rode it this past Sunday (July 17th), after a 20-30 minute wait in the FastPass line. (The posted standby wait time was 120 minutes.) No mechanical problems occured during the ride, although later I found one of those "Your FP ride is down" emails in my inbox, indicating that it had apparently been down prior to us arriving for the ride.

While waiting at the front of the line for PPO breakfast park opening, we talked with a friendly, semi-retired CM who said WDW had recently discovered the problem with FEA. Apparently, the old Norway boats they use were dipping too close to some kind of electrical sensor when the boat was especially heavy with people, causing the ride to power off. He said they found the solution to that. I asked if that meant loading the boats with fewer people, but he wouldn't/couldn't say. They haven't fixed it completely, though, because the ride was down for a while again later that day...

Really looking forward to FEA this October! :cool1:Hope the glitches are worked out!::yes::

I'm not sayin' you can change it,
'Cause rides don't really change.
I'm only saying that Frozen's a force
That's powerful and strange.
Disney makes bad choices when they're greedy,
Unimaginative, or stressed.
Throw a little love their way.
And just hope for the best.
