Is fried fish healthy if......

My understanding (which is different than the understanding back when I had babies) is that peanut proteins pass through breast milk. Not sure about in uterero. Personally, as a mom of a peanut allergic child who was encouraged to eat peanuts as a source of protein while pregnant and nursing, I would choose to avoid them while pregnant.

I've spent the last 19 years feeling bad about passing all those peanut proteins to my son. Obviously nothing I can do about it now, and I knew nothing about it at the time. However, I'm pretty surprised that peanuts are being recommended during pregnancy. I know at one point (late 90's?) they were NOT.

Obviously, not every baby exposed to peanuts gets a peanut allergy, but why risk it?
 
Well I just got back from dinner. After all that, I did not care for the taste of the fish at all and ended up eating a few small slices of the chicken and spinach pizza. I tried to eat a bit of the salad, but I to nauseous after a few bites.

Cornflake-thank ou for the advice on sneaking in my veggies. I loved all different kinds of veggies before I got pregnant and I did well with them in the beginning, but I have had a really hard time with them the past two weeks. This is also when my nausea kicked in full speed. The biggest success I've had with veggies in he past 2 weeks has been Trader Joes lentil vegetable soup. It is loaded in carrots, onions, and celery and I was able to et them no problem. Otherwise, they have been making me feel sick. I'm wondering if I should insider drinking V-8?? Though I'm not sure if v-8 is actually healthy. I'm gonna try your mushrooms, spinach, and dip ideas. Thanks!!!:)
