Is Fast Pass system operational to make Fast Pass for future trips?

We (supposedly) have a trip scheduled for May 10, 2020. Just wondering if Parks are still closed on April 10 will I be able to make my fast passes for May?

Completely functional. Just made my fastpasses for my (fingers crossed) trip May 17-23.

I just did for a trip May 19-24. However, weird thing is I couldn't make selections between April 4-17 which is inside the 30 day window. Am I missing something?

Do you have a gold ap or lower? Those are the block out days

I had a trip planned May 15 and was able to make fastpasses but I was going to stay on site
