I have always used the Fantasmic Dinner Package, because I do not like to waste an hour of my "park" time waiting in line. My son and I went to Momma Melrose, and the food was very good, but there was just too much of it. Neither one of us could finish and he was 19 years old at the time, so you know he has a hearty appetite.
Last year I went by myself and treated myself to the Brown Derby.
This year there are 7 of us going and we are going the week before 4th of July and it seems as though it is going to be a busy week. I made a PS at Hollywood and Vine, and I was able to get a 7:00 seating, Fantasmic is at 9:00. We will have time to eat at a nice pace, maybe even get a ride on the TOT or RNR before we need to get over for Fantasmic.
I think that the Hollywood and Vine is the best deal, you are not paying anymore than you normally would for the meal.
