Is Fantasmic Closing Forever????

I hear conflicting reports. Who knows the real truth. Is Fantasmic closing forever after November 2nd? I sure hope not, as IMHO this is Disney's BEST show ever!!!!

It is closing during the holiday fireworks show.
I believe they are also going to drain the lagoon and do a major rehab this winter.
But no... it is not closing forever.

I was working on our schedule for our upcoming trip, and I noticed that Fantasmic wasn't on the official Disneyland schedule....bummer I was looking forward to seeing the DL version - I'd read so much about the WDW vs DL versions, I wanted to see for myself!! Oh well, maybe next time!

I do think they would close "forever" one of if not THE most popular night time show ever. I do believe they are doing some major work on the Island and River.

Ohhhh noooooo!!! I was thinking about going to DL for the Fantasmic show. That is the BEST Disney show EVER! Fill up that lake and remember what Walt said, "The Show Must Go On!"
