Is DVC Rental Store still operating?

We have used DVC rental store about 15-20 times and they have always been fantastic. Once they joined forces with Dreams Unlimited two years ago they remained great….but now we have requested a stay in March and have not heard anything from them. They usually email us right away saying they got our request. Nothing. Asked again today (3 days later) and still no response after a direct email. Not sure if they are just super busy or what. I love their services and hope they are still functioning.

Try calling. They picked up within a few minutes yesterday and were very helpful.

That’s what got us concerned…I hope our existing reservations are good with them.

DVC rental store is owned by World of DVC. It is not part of Dreams Uimited.

World of DVC also owns DVC Resale Market and Magic Vacation Title.

Thanks, I was confused by this article. Looks like they are partners, not owned by. Still concerning for the future of the company if they get caught in all the legal mess…

We don't know. It is related to the former owner of the DISboards.com and DU.
