Is DS12 a child or an adult at Breakfastsaurus

I was not able to get CRT, but I did manage to get us in at Breakfastsaurus. I noticed that Connections vouchers are available, too. Now, do I buy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults for the breakfast? 12 is at the weird age where it could either way and I do not want to buy the wrong voucher for him. Does anyone know if DS 12 is considered an adult or his he still a child at Breakfastsaurus?

For Breakfastosaurus (and all the character buffets), children are 3 -11. Under 3 is free and over 11 is considered an adult for pricing purposes.
