Is Disney considered a broker?

In the purchase of DVC would Disney be considered a "broker"? I have a check I can use to purchase with very low APR but it CANNOT be used or given to a broker or stockbroker. Anyone's help is greatly appreciated.

I think you'll be safe. Yes, the guides are licensed real estate brokers, but Disney is selling to you directly. Their guides are not independent agents.

If you were buying a resale, then you would probably be a different story.

The best advice I can give you though is to call the institution that this check will be drawn on and ask them.
