Those don't bother me. I don't really look at those that much (too long!) but they seem to accept any new posters & don't seem to be rude & antagonistic to each other (except the old political ones lol)....though like I said I don't read them that much so I could be wrong...

The policy is in place, but it does not seem to be enforced.
