Miss Manners is my go-to source for matters of etiquette, especially as it relates to the social compact. And, she has a suggestion for how much to tip at a restaurant of any kind, which I find helpful.
Of course, that's only a suggestion, and you should do what you think is right. However, you should not expect others to agree with you.
