Is cruising single worth the cost

The biggest drawback with cruising on DCL with someone other than a usual bedmate is One bed. They are very comfy. But I sleep alone at home and don’t want to share. And I don’t want to split the room cost evenly and have to sleep on the flip down sofa. (It is really just a single bed - it is NOT the uncomfortable foldout sofa).

The lower number of children on long cruises can allow them to have adult time in the kids clubs at night. I had a great time making Flubbed on a TA cruise.

Many teens love the Vibe and are sad when they age out. Mine wants to get one last cruise in before turning 18. Maybe you can strongly suggest your 16 year old go. If not, have you ever dined alone in public, maybe do that to see how you feel.
