Is Convention reopen for those not staying on Prop?

Anyone know if the reg. have been reopened for those staying off property?

Figgy , It reopened about a month ago. I am not sure if they are still taking new people or not.

I would send a email to Linda or Marsha and they will be able to tell you for sure.
