Hiya

We are off to Florida next month for 8 nights. I was wondering if City Walk was worth a night out. We are staying on Disney property and was wondering if its worth the night out. PI has closed now, so there are no clubs to go to. Apparently Mears offers transportation there throughout the night.

Has anyone been? Was it good?

I'd say yes, but then I'm a Margaritaville addict so worth the trip just for that place IMHO. Not tried any of the clubs though - I'm just far too old for those sort of shenanigans!:sad2: :sad2:

Never been on a night out there but if your read UKDEBs newest instalment of here trip report I think probably yes a visit to Margaritavilles would hit the spot nicely :thumbsup2

AMEN to that!

Definetly worth a night out, like Boss Hogg, think i am past the nightclubbing stage, but enjoy a night at Margaritaville, for dinner and music after it.
There are plent of clubs to go to which by all accounts are very good.

definately worth a night out. Pat O Briens is a great place if only for the duelling pianos

The new karaoke bar called rising star in there is really good as weill, try and pick a night when the live band is on though as it makes a massive difference

Do any of these places allow children in? I'd love to go somewhere with music and dancing in the evening where my 6 and 3 year old are welcome.

We where at margaritaville for dinner, and stayed there till 1am DD 12 was with us, and was a bit embarassed with us , especially after a few Margaritas:confused3

Sounds good. My mind is made up. Definately plan a night here knowing that Mears provide transport. Excellent. Thanks everyone! Will attend Margretaville its rude to turn down Margaritas after all :goodvibes

We were there this past October with our DS7, DS6, DS4 and DD2 and they loved it.

The waitresses were fantastic, there was people dressed up on stilts making Balloon models and interacting with the kids, a great atmosphere for young children.

We'll definately be going again this coming October :cool1:
