Is City Walk open Sunday evenings?

We will be getting in to town on a Sunday probably around dinner time on a sunday and I was wondering if we should check out City Walk which will be within walking distance or check out downtown Disney, are either open Sunday evenings, and how far would downtown Disney be from the Universal hotels? Downtown Disney is about a 20 min drive from Universal. And like Metro said, everything is open, except Chick-fil-a, on a Sunday.
