Is CAA equal to AAA?

I was reading on another thread that if you present your AAA card at the Swan & Dolphin restaurants, you can get a 20% discount.

Is that that the same for CAA cardholders as well or just AAA? If that's the case it might be worth getting one in time for my trip in August.

Anyone know?

Yes you get all the same discounts! I use my CAA for AAA discounts all the time.

I also found out a juicy little secret when I was just there a week ago....at The World of Disney DD, you can use your "AAA/CAA" for a 10% discount, which is the same as AP holders get!

I got the discount too. I was trying to get a DVC Discount...which they said no longer was offered and asked me for my AAA card as an alternative. I think there is a AAA lunge you can rest in at MK and I don't think CAA gets us in there??? Anyone know?

We booked thru CAA in March 2006 and did get a voucher to stop by the AAA lounge and have a soft drink in the nicely air conditioned rest area.

I believe you have to book a package through CAA/AAA in order to have access to the lounge.

and actually on the back of your CAA membership card, at the bottom, it even has the Triple A logo - they're one and the same.

From what I read, Piccabu and Fresh in the Swan and Dolphin offer 20% to AAA members.

And if you're heading over to Universal, show your CAA card everywhere. 10% off food and merchandise in almost every restaurant and shop.
