Is Blizzard beach open or not?

The WDW travel agent calendar I found has it listed as open from 10-5 in November but reading another thread a poster mentioned it being closed from Nov 1st through to sometime next year.
I know TL is closed for refurbishment.
The WDW park hours are now showing dashes from Nov 1st so not hours but also not saying it is closed.
Was it open last November?

Shows operating annually middle of March through beginning of January. Closing most of Jan-middle of march

It's probably just too far in advance for those hours to be posted yet
