Is Atlantis in or out of DVC?

One day it is, the next day it's out. Did it get added as a place to trade for? If so, can you find it on any web page? Probably the nicest resort, second to Disney.

As far as the letter I go today from DVC they are in. After I made my DVC plans this December, I got a flyer about a conference that will be there the same time. the conference rate was only $140 per night in Dec. I could have screamed! Only because of the rate being so low. I am looking forward to my stay at SSR.

If they keep having rates like that, I would not use my points to stay there. I might if the rate was around 300-400

Careful with definitions. Atlantis is not a place to trade for. You're not trying to match up a week of your ownership with a week of somebody's ownership in the Bahamas. It's part of the Concierge Collections, which is arranged directly with the hotel by points per night. The good news is that if the resort has space, you can get it. The bad news is that the cost per night is likely to be rather high.

Atlantis Harborside if off the DVC-II list. Atlantis the hotel has been added to the Concierge collection options. They are two separate things. IMO this was not a move helpful to members as Atlantis will likely be some 60-80 points per night depending on season, possibly even more.

It's in as a place to use points for points-costly nightly stays (CC).

It's out as a place to do a points-conserving weekly trade (II).

None of the new hotelss are listed on the official website and the old ones are still there as of yesterday.

I'm probably late in this discussion, but we just got a letter in today's mail indicating that Atlantis is definitely "in".

Look under member news which has the same info as in the letter. The exiting resorts will stay in the system through the end of this year and I suspect it will take some time to update the 2005 points which will include the new options but not the retiring ones.
