Is APH really worth it for discounts?

I noticed that Mamma Della's is not on the list for APH discounts. Is this correct? I planned to buy a APH to get the 159 Rate, but with a new fan club rate out today of 199, we would just break even, unless the APH other benefits are outstanding. We will not have a car on site. We want to eat at Mamma Dellas. Are the APH discounts other than hotel rates about the same as Fan Club benefits? Should I buy the APH for 179? Opinions greatly appreciated from APH holders.

Depends when you're going. New rates are out there in August for 4th night free which pays for the pass.

Well, the APH works at most snack stands (not carts), and shops in the park. So the discounts can add up if you buy a lot of stuff.

Do you plan on returning within the year? If you could get another trip in, it would definatly be worth your while. Then you will get a discount on your renewal. For the last few years, the renewal rate has been only $99 per year. You can't beat that! Now I am not saying that is what it will be to renew next year, but that has been the going rate. I do think that the AP is worth it. But it you plan on getting only to get a discount on the resorts themselves, it may not be what you should do.

U only have 2 buy 1 AP, and the saving R great 20% at all the Universal stores (including airport).!!! 10-15% for food at parks and restraunts. And huge savings over any other discount!!!!!!
