I haven't tried it, but I checked the ingredients on their website and just looks like a bunch of herbs so I'm not sure how effective it would be.
I listen to Jillian Michaels podcast and she said if you are looking to take a fat burner to supplement your diet and exercise, look for one with white willow bark (aspirin) and guarana (caffeine). I take Cellucor D4 Extreme Thermal Shock. It's got 290 mg of caffeine per dose and I take 1.5 doses per day.
I know too much caffeine can give people the jitters, but I kind of like it! I feel very energized and have to pee all day long, so it's a great way to keep the water weight off.
