Im thinking I may cancel my Oct09 park tickets and just do the Fort, and do a Park visit with the new package....7 nights for the price of 4 including tickets is a very decent deal...but its not available to campsites, as usual.

Anyone else thinking about using this deal?

What was I thinking...F&WF is in Oct...I HAVE to go to the parks!!!

i think it's a great deal !

Have you not done the Food Wine Fest ?

Rog, it really is an excellent deal! We took advantage of this same deal in 2003 (the last time they offered it) and stayed at GF for 7 day's cheaper than what we stayed at ASMo earlier that year! I really wish they would they would offer something for passholders though since we don't need the park tickets.

If I didn't travel with my pet, I would have booked in a new york second for this great special.

When I called and couldn't get it for our campsite I almost went on meltdown.

They do have the special for the cabins if you could swing that.

The one nice thing about this new offer is with the way the park tickets are, if you don't use them, they are still good for future use and/or credit towards your AP renewal.

The previous offer was the LOS tickets which were only good that week

According to the post with the details...they expire 14 days after the first use...:
This offer is based on availability and certain restrictions apply. The Magic Your Way theme park tickets are good for one park per day and expire 14 days from first use.

The key word is "first use". I was referring to Annual Passholders that don't need ticket admission. If the tickets aren't used at all then the tickets are good forever.

Just like the free dining, AP holders will still buy the required tickets for the free dining, but not use them, then at a later date use the tickets to purchase a new annual pass

THANK YOU for the info...I'm calling Disney now!

Ugh, I just spent way to much time on the phone with a CM. According to her and her supervisor the park tickets never expire, but they claimed that I couldn't apply the tickets toward the purchase of a new annual pass. But as we all know, the next CM may say something totally different.

One thing that I did find out is that you only have to purchase a minimum of a one day base ticket to get the special rate for the room. You can do this online also by booking your package using the special link and then updating your tickets to a one day base ticket. This could save AP holders some $ especially at the deluxe hotels. :thumbsup2

You can definitely apply the unused tickets toward a new annual pass. I've done it myself.

Hmm! Got me interested. Although our spring break reservations for camping are out of the included time frame (first week of April) and we already have our annual passes. Still, I'm going to do some number crunching.
