Is anyone having any problems with DU??

I used the online payment link this weekend and haven't heard from them yet (they send a confirmation email). I also put in a quote request and haven't heard. I wonder if they're having technical problems?

I just made a payment this morning and have received the confirmation email. Maybe you should get in touch with DU rep and they can check it out.

I thought I had problems until I realized the emails weren't going to my inbox.

Definitely check your spam folder. Some folks have reported having their e-mails go to their spam folder.

They're not in the spam folder. That's the first place I checked. This is really odd!

ETA: I did get the quote, but still no payment confirmation!

They're usually very reliable and prompt. I'd definitely check with them if you have not received confirmation by now.
