Is anyone getting mypoints credit?

I have been clicking on the bonus mails all week and then today they only credited me for 10 points for the whole week! i emailed them this morning, hopefully they will credit me.

On Tuesday I clicked on emails for a total of 55 points....Wednesday 15 points and today 10 points.....on of the 5 pointers was the United from the earn by clickin page......I havent received any points at all in my account yet. I'll give them until Friday evening then I'll email them.

Well, everyone else in my family checked their accounts, and they had all recieved credit. So, hopefully mypoints will give me credit. I thought it was odd, if they had given me the correct amount of points that I was owed, I would have been able to cash out.

My account and my DH's were all messed up but they fixed them last night.

My account has been credited for all my e-mails. It's now taking 2 days for e-mails to credit instead of the normal 1 day, but at least they're crediting. Hopefully this problem will be corrected soon!

now its been about a week since Ive had an email...anyone else?

I have never had a problem with mypoints.com. I have been with them over 2 years
and have earned over 30,000 points.
