Is anyone else STILL having issues with DVC website?

I STILL cannot view "my vacation details" page. According to the site, the "upgrades" should be done by now!!!! :mad:
 
Unfortunately it appears that the system updates had nothing to do with fixing any of the bugs/problems we've been discussing here. Maybe they were installing new hardware or upgrading other software but I can't see that any of the known problems from the past several months have been addressed.
 

Frankly, it's driving me nuts. I'm waitlisted for a trip and it takes so long to even get to the vacation details page only to see the "Sorry" message every time. If they were actually sorry, they'd fix it!

My vacations details page seems to be the only thing that doesn't work for me. Of course, that's the page I want!:)
 
I tried this morning, too. Tried both Firefox and IE. Deleted cookies and cache (for both browsers) and tried again. No joy for me. :(
 
Me too---and thanks for posting---I was getting so flustrated since I am on a waitlist.:confused3
 
:confused3 It IS so frustrating. I changed our ressie over a week ago and I'd like to SEE the changes. And for those on a waitlist, I understand your frustration as well. I may sound like a broken record, but I am just amazed at how poor the DVC website (and it's functions) are! It is just unbelievable to me. Where do we (DVCer's) go for our info.??? :badpc:
 
What's frustrating is MS prefers not be called regarding checking waitlist status, yet the website is not functioning properly. I've been unable to use the "MY MEMBERSHIP" portion of the website for about 2 weeks and I'm getting cranky about it:mad:
 
We contacted member services yesterday and received this response


There was some system issues and also it was down for maintenance but
should be available today.


Please try to access it and if you are not able please call Member
Services and ask to speak to a web advisor.

Nope, still can't get into the 'View Vacation Details' page, but the 'View Activity Statement' page still works and tells me what I need to know. It just takes a little digging, not too much.

Can't view vacation details, but can view activity. Very weird!
 
I have been trying for about 2 weeks and can't get into vacation details and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but under activity summary it doesn't list waitlists. I've been on a waitlist for Jan. and would like to look at it daily to see if it has come though. When I called Fri. to add two people on to our room in Jan. I was getting excited when the CM stated "It looks like your waitlist for Jan(pause) is still active. I thought she was going to say came though. I was disappointed. I hope they get this working soon. I can imagine how fustrated many are and all the extra phone calls they recieve
 
As I reported last week I e-mailed member services and they said if I was still having trouble accessing "view my vacation detail" I should call and ask to speak to a web advisor. I did just that today. Here is the very technical response that I received.
"It's down". My response "Any idea when it will be fixed?". Their reponse "Uh no:".

Just thought I'd pass along this very technical bit of information.
Can you tell I'm getting really annoyed?
Sorry for the vent. I hope this solves everyone’s problem. I'll keep trying and let you know if I ever get it straightened out.
