Is anyone else having trouble with Disney Direct?

I am trying to both order something for my great-niece's birthday, plus I'm trying to see if my order I place on Monday has shipped.

When I try to check out since last night I'm told they can't process my request.
Even though I'm logged in when I try to check on my order status it sends me in circles wanting me to log in again.

Does this sort of thing happen a lot when ordering on line with the Disney Store?

I had a problem yesterday using a coupon~ I called them & they could fix it for me.

I couldn't use the coupon code online either. They did apply it when I called though.
I ordered on Monday, and just recieved the confirmation E-mail today (Fri). This is much slower than usual, but I just figured it was due to the big sale. I was going to call them if nothing today.
Hopefully, my items will show up soon.

I just ordered online and didnt have a problem. I couldnt apply both coupons- thumper2005 and the the disney visa for $10 off though.

When they had the big pin sale, I ordered several pins.I didn't get the pins after a few weeks I went to the web site, couldn't find my order.Emailed them, when they finally got back to me they said there was no order under my info . This order went through on my computer, it came back and said my order was complete, or whatever it says when your done. So I missed out on this sale because of a glitch in there system Very upset,haven't bought anything from them since.

This also happened to me when I tried to place an order. I just called them and explained the problem. They settled it over the phone.
