I haven't been on this board for a couple of weeks. I went to WDW for 10 days and it was great. Tons of walking and not as much eating as I thought because it was so hot when we were there (May 2-11).
But, since I've been home, I've had trouble getting into exercising and ww points because the weather has been horrible. It's been gray and rainy for the past 2 weeks here in MA with only a few days of sun. The nice days I did go out walking but it's so hard to stay on a "program" when you are stuck inside due to weather and then I get the munchies.
My 2 year old won't give me the time to do the walking tapes. She doesn't nap anymore
and thinks it's funny to pile her toys around me when I try to do the tapes so I can't move! She doesn't fall asleep until 9 pm and at that point I have no interest in doing them and if I wake up before her, I try to do some things around the house or enjoy the quiet and my husband is in school at night finishing up his Master's so I let myself get lazy with exercise. What do you do to get motivated and does weather affect you in a bad way like me???
