Is anyone else having problems with the website?

Earlier today I received my pin, so I went to register. First, it wouldn't take my email as a user name. So I gave it something else. Then I went back in and updated my profile with my correct email address. I logged off then back on again to see if everything was OK. However, now it won't recognize me and takes me to the registration page again. I was so frustrated and tried to register again but it kept telling me to fill out all required fields. Uggh! They were all filled. It's after hours so I won't get anyone on the phone.

Nope, can't log on to the go.com site either. Says it down for scheduled maintenance.

I had the same problem just now. It was making me register all over again and I've been a member for 2 years. I tried my husband's username and password and it didn't work for him either. At least I'm not the only one having this issue. For a minute there, I thought I was kicked out of the club!

Yup, I couldn't login, said site is too busy try again later.

I've been trying to log on for about an hour and it just says system error.

Me too, wouldn't recognize my husband or me, and now says system error and trying to go to another page on the site says system too busy.

not sure whats going on. must be a problem. I'm having a problem loging in It keeeps asking me to signup???.

Last night couldn't get in with IE7 just had a blank page with yellow background. I got in with Netscape with no problem at all.

Tonight it just kept returning me to the sign-in with IE7. Netscape I'm on with no problem.

And does anyone know why it doesn't save your countdown timer when you log off.
