Is anyone else having difficulties with My Disney Experience?

I have used the new MDE to link our previous visit and our next two visits with only DH and me, but we have a family visit planned in January (DS, DDIL, and 2 GK). My son and husband have the same name, so no matter what I do, it wants to bump one of them. I called the hot line, and they said call the help desk or call DVC. I called DVC, and the res now shows all 6 of us, but it now has DDIL as having booked the room!

I had made little profiles for everyone with characters, but they won't all link up. I wanted to send them an invite for them to book their "date" nights, but I can only link her, not him.

I called the help desk, but they were no help at all.

Is there anything I can do? Thanks for listening!!:confused3

It is just terribly frustrating. The only way I could get it to work is to use the PC and link everyone, having everyone else log in on PC, and then use the APP. But, I still could not get the 180+10 for ADRs to work on the App or PC and had to call them. Hang in there.
