I agree that it is very frustrating to have to email them with just about every purchase. I have to go thru all my holiday shopping to make sure that I got the credit I was supposed to for all my purchases. I suspect that a few are missing. However, look at the alternatives.
You could go thru CTTM or CR, both of which require that you email them with your confirmation email once the purchase is made. But they credit them quickly and they send their rewards in a timely manner.
You could go thru eBates and probably end up doing the same thing since you are on AOL. I usually get my credit on the the first email with them but you can only get your "rebates" every 3 months.
You could shop thru Memolink, hope that they credit your points and then hope some more when you cashout for your rewards.
You could not shop at thru any rewards program at all and not get anything.
As frustrating as it is, you still don't have a lot of attractive options. It would be wonderful if etherything worked just they way it was supposed to. But I guess that if we want our points, we will have to fight for them in the end.
