Is anyone else feeling a BOG ADR is impossible!?

Been checking 2/3 times a day for over a month for an ADR for BOG for October 2nd with no joy. Even tried all sorts of dates around it which would mean we would have to re plan some things, but no joy. Shall I give up now? lol

Never give up! Keep checking the October cancellation thread too. I've been looking for other things and have seen BOG pop up in mid-late October, and people are canceling all the time. You may even have luck a couple days before as people need to let credit card holds go if they won't be using them, and they may hold them til the last minute. Good luck!

I have been checking 4 to 5 times a day since July for 2 dates in Oct and 3 dates in early Dec and not one time popped up. If it happens I hope it is worth it!

Just be patient and keep stalking the dining line or calling Disney dining. Luckily we have our reservation for our upcoming trip however my girlfriend and her family are going at the end of October and just doesn't have the time to do the stalking like I do, so she asked if I could look out for an ADR for her. I have been checking a couple times a day for something within her time frame but still nothing. I am trying to stay positive for her and hope that something shows up soon. Good luck finding what you want.

Have faith! When my parents told me we were going to Disney in a month and a half I flipped out and was like 'WHERE ARE WE GONNA EAT?!?' After checking multiple times a day and subscribing to the August thread- I managed to be at the right place and right time for when they opened up the Portrait room and therefore lots of ADRS- I got two for one week! I know that scenario was extremely lucky, but all I can say, is keep trying!

Also, a lot of people have had luck with walk ups, which was my original plan. I heard going either right at 4 when they get their cancellation list or very close to closing is your best bet of getting in on a walk in. I went the first week of August- on the Monday around 7 pm they were telling people to check back later. On the Thursday they were telling people ADRS only, so I think it's a crap shoot.

Agreed don't give up the closer it gets the greater chance availibility will show up. You can also call the dining line while you're there. Good luck

Keep checking! I've been checking 10 times a day for BOG and CRT for over 2 months now. Granted I didn't get the BOG yet but I did get CRT for bfast. I'm hopeful something will pop up.

Doing the same. Spent 10 days at WDW in April and had no luck for that trip. Spent 12 days in July...same story. I'm crossing my fingers for both of us!

We booked a January 3rd to 8th trip after the 6 month window and have been trying for BOG ever since. Just snagged a CG ADR for the 5th by getting up at 6AM. Still hopeful for BOG in January. Youngest DS is joining us and once they go to college, you don't know how many family trips are left, so I wanted to have BOG for him.

Keep your fingers crossed and keep checking the January cancelled thread on here! We are staying at BC Sept 8th to the 13th and I booked in April! I couldn't get a BOG res at all, and kept trying and trying everyday, sometimes 10 times a day! Lol I got lucky a few weeks ago and coordinated a cancellation and snagged a res for the 11th! It is totally possible...All you need is a little faith, trust, and pixie dust! Good luck :)

I feel the exact same! We're going for two weeks and I check every date of our holiday (bar the one night we're going to a basketball game) twice a day and nothing has come up yet. I'm desperate for a reservation as eating dinner with my bf is BOG would be a dream!

I have been trying to get a BOG for the first week of Dec since my 180 day mark, then last week, out of the blue, one for Dec 3rd came up for 4:10 for 4 people.. My heart almost stopped. I couldn't click on it fast enough!!!!! Don't give up. I would check everyday!!!!!

Just relax and remember you can always go for lunch! We were very glad that we did that instead of dinner. Wait was about 20 minutes to get to the kiosks, and the food was delivered to us before we even found a table! The braised pork was delicious and actually pretty inexpensive, considering. By far the best counter service meal I've ever had at WDW.

I was just on the phone to make a ADR for Cali grill on the 9th November she gave me 2 times of 9.10 or 5,25 as I was deciding she said or a have something much more magical if you like, I was wondering what it could be.......and she said BOG at 6.30!!! I was like WHAT I had given up looking after the 1st month of NOTHING so I snapped it up,
I asked how she had it and she said its magic lol I'm guessing I was in the phone at the right time as somebody else cancelled so keep trying if its what you really want!
I then booked Cali grill for the next night

It does feel completely impossible, but keep trying! I've kept the dining reservation site open in a separate tab on every computer I use for weeks and checked at least eight times a day hoping to get a table for our honeymoon trip in October. Just moments ago I clicked "Find a table" for the millionth time and there it was! I even got my password wrong the first time, I was shaking so hard, but as soon as I saw the confirmation number I literally started dancing in my cubicle. (Thank goodness nobody else is here yet). Don't give up! Faith, trust, and pixie dust.
