Is anyone else calling for AP rates for April?

I have been calling and now the past three times I have had extremely RUDE cms on the phone. Is it just me or has anyone else been having such luck? It really puts a damper on ones enthusasium (sp) for WDW?

I'm hoping for an AP rate for April.
Saw on Resorts board that these rates are to come out mid February, at least according to one CM!

Don't know why CM's get huffy...I imagine they have to put in their 9 hours doing one thing or another..
