Rarely -40 before wind chill is considered, to be honest. Winnipeg is definitely colder. But we had (multiple) mornings at the ski hill this past winter that were below -30 on the thermometer, and windy besides; easily -40 wind chill on those days.
But we also don't consider -15 to be "extreme cold" in Ottawa, or 20 cm of snow to qualify as a "snowfall warning". Toronto is a bit of a national laughingstock when it comes to winter weather. (Sorry Torontonians, we love you, but I'm not sure you'll ever live down calling in the army in 1999.)
Back on topic: not sure I'd say I'm bothered, exactly, but we'll likely skip the Wish as long as it's on 3-4 day itineraries. Same reason Dream is the only
DCL ship we haven't yet sailed. It's unlikely that all three of the new ships will run short Caribbean itineraries year-round, so we'll probably hold out for something longer.
