Is anyone able to help edit an old DISign?

Milliepie had made this for our first trip two years ago. I was hoping someone would be able to help out and possibly edit this for me, or explain how I could edit? I understand how to use "paint" but am not sure when it comes to things being "layered" on an image if that makes sense.

One would be Addison- 2012 (does not need to say 1st trip)
Second would be Avery- 2012- 1st trip

Millie has been on the thread to edit some of her DISigns in last few days. She hasn't given up the DISBOARDS entirely!!

If the DISign is hers and you need any more updated, I suggest you contact her first....
