is alamo at the port of Miami closed?

I have been trying to book car rental all day with alamo to port of miami. I go to alamo and the code does not work??? Anyone else having this trouble??

There are two location. One at the airport and one downtown.

I rented from the Alamo airport location in 2008 pre-cruise for a couple days and they had 2 shuttles. One to/from the airport and one to/from port, not sure of they still do.

just cruised into Port of Miami the other day on the Wonder. I did see shuttles for Alamo and Dollar waiting to take people to their locations.

general info

there are no car rental offices at the port so far as I am aware and I worked at the port for a time . . .

all the majors and some minors shuttle to/from the port, most using their airport locations . . . because that's the BIG office, altho some have smaller downtown offices as well
