I see it listed as a buffet but the menu looks like a traditional choose your meal type menu.

I believe breakfast is an all-you-care to eat, family style service meaning they'll bring the food to your table rather than you going to set buffet tables.

For lunch and dinner it's a hybrid. You order an entree, but you also have the "taste of norway" buffet to start with. You get up and go to the buffet for salads, etc. Then they bring your entree to the table.

That buffet is salad, cheese, some meats, salmon, and shrimp from what I remember.

I believe the breakfast also has a hybrid where the buffet is your pastries and then it is family style all you can eat.

For lunch/dinner Its only a buffet for the appetizer (cold cuts, and veggies and such). Then you pick an entrée from a menu for your main course and desert.
