Is AK and DisneyQuest too much to do in one day?

Of course there would be alot of factors in making that decision, what time of year are you talking about, what time would you be starting off your day, what time does DQ close, and what are the crowds like. If crowds are reasonable and AK doesn't open too late and DQ doesn't close to early, I would think you would have no problem doing both. We usually only stay about 1/2 day in AK, but we've been there many times and we know what we like and what we want to do. You can always just see how your day goes and then decide.

I think it does depend on what time frames and lengths you are talking about. Trying to squeeze too much in can be an overkill on everything. If you are only doing alittle bit at each, then it might not be that bad.

I think DQ is open until 11PM isn't it?

Animal Kingdom would close at 5 but during EMH is open until 8. We plan to go there when the park opens so we probably will not be there until 8. I estimate (based on people we know who went first time as we will be) to be until about 6.

We are going to try to do AK and DQ on the same day - We have a 8 am Bfast at AK and we will stay there most of the day then if everyone feels up to it we will go to DQ for the remainder of the day into the evening.
