Is ADR System Down?

I've been trying since last night to add some ADR's and make some changes, but I keep getting the same error...."We were unable to check for available tables at this time.A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later." Any one now if there's a scheduled outage or a other problem? I've tried logging out and back in.
 
Yes it seems to be down. Maybe they are working on enhancements in preparation for tomorrow? (BOG lunch ressies opening up) Just keep trying... Good luck! Or you can trying calling in as well.
 
I'm trying to price out vacation packages and having the same problems on that end.
 
I tried my usual stalking and it's not working for me either. I wonder if it has anything to do with BOG tomorrow, some last minute work being done with the system.
 

I was able to search for ADRs this morning, but haven't been able to now for over an hour. :(
 
I just booked a reservation around 10 am but have not been able to search for more in the last hour or so.
 
It seems to be working now! But not finding availability for what I want :guilty:
 
They are running "Enhancements" to the system according to the CMs I spoke to this morning. My window opened this morning and I ended up having to call. The CM was able to make all my reservations on the phone later this morning but it wasn't even working for the CMs first thing this morning. Online seems to be going in and out and it still is not working online for me.
 
I'm finding I have get the error message depending on the restaurant I'm looking at. No problems with Mama Melrose, but I can't do Chef Mickey's.
 
I just called and even the CM's cannot make any dining reservations right now :furious: I do not understand how such a large company like Disney can have such crappy IT service :headache:

I feel so fed up with them and frustrated at this moment. :sad2:
 
I called at 7 am - system down. Called at 5pm - system down - called at 6:40 and system is up but the agent cannot book my ADRs for a split stay. The system can only see me as my first reservation. Very frustrating.

Luckily they keep playing the Soaring theme music when I am on hold.

Nope, spent 57 minutes on the phone. They don't seem able to book reservations related to a split stay. Their advice was to phone every day.

I have been up since 6am trying for our August 2015 trip...I get all the way to the part where the confirmation should come up. However I get an error message to call, well I cant call yet, not until 7am!!!!:headache::headache::headache::headache: I am NOT happy....everything is in correct and its our window day, so what gives???

Having the exact same issue, today is our window day, the +10 shows up, I search it and the system comes up with times but I can't get any further! Currently on the phone but been on hold for 7 minutes now.

Same here. I think I may have stumbled upon the problem. I'm currently on hold for an agent, but before that, the automated system tried to make a reservation. It wouldn't go through and said I needed to have a resort check-in date of 8/23 or sooner (ours is 8/24) - that is 179 days.

I held for 21 minutes, then my line cut out! Getting really irritated because I've got things to do - going to try back later.
