We are staying February 2-13. We go to Downtown Disney about 3-4 times..Disney Quest..probably 3 or 4 times...We love Typhoon Lagoon..but wondering if in February the price would be worth it to add?

Another thing to consider is that the WPF&M now includes the miniature golf courses, so if you think that you will use the Disney Quest and mini golf options (if it is too cold to swim), it might be worth it. You do not need to add WPF&M to your tickets until you get there. You can always wait and see what the weather will be like if waterparks are the deciding factor.
Only Typhoon Lagoon will be open in February, so you'll only get to go to 1 water park.
The pools and water parks are heated, so you could do it. It's hard to predict the weather in February, but if you're going to get your money out of the WPFM option on Disney Quest alone then you could decide when you get there if you wanted to head to a water park.
You can also add the option when you get there and get a feel for the weather if swimming is kind of the maker/breaker for adding it.
