Is a February use year a good plan?

Because of my work schedule and our own Disney needs, we would travel in the summer from late June to August, or first week in November. What would be a good UY month for us to look for?

I've been hearing from a lot of sources that Jan/Feb is a good time to purchase a resale, so after the holidays we'll sit down and decide. I'm kinda shocked by the rates of dues increases at some of the places. I think renting at $10 a point is going to be a thing of the past soon....then again, if the market can't fetch $10. I've rented in the past, and we want to go again next fall. If I buy an April UY, that means 2012 points run from April 2012 to March 2013 correct?

Correct. They also could be borrowed to be good for use prior to Apr 2012 or they can be banked one year to be valid for stays from April 2013 to Mar 31, 2014.
