Just booked for one night for me Dh and DD 4 yrs, to stay at the RPR hotel so we can get front of the line access to the rides ( ie like a fast pass). Is this good value. We are there for Oct. We stay Fri 20th for one night. We are in a villa, but thought the queues might be bad, so decided to book a night in hotel to get this access. is it worth it ? We can cancel and not loose money up to 5 days prior. we booked now as the following week there were no rooms left !!!

We were at US/IOA last June. IMHO I think $200 is well worth it for the FOTL perk. I'm sure October is a busy time at those parks with the Universal Horror nights event and you will be glad that you're able to by pass those long lines. But why just rent the room? You should stay at RPR. We usually stay at Portofino (love that place) but we did have dinner at Emeril's Tchop Chop in RPR and looked around a bit. Really looked good and the pool area was very well themed.

I am going in the summer and because they no longer have the free fast pass we decided to splurge and feel like royalty. We booked and plan on going to the parks on both days, check in and check out. We are so excited that we are going to get fotl. If you booked on the weekend you might want to see if you can rearrange your schedule and go mid week, the rates are cheaper.
