Help we will be arriving late Tue afternoon and have booked 2 nights but we want to see both parks in full detail...and then we are staying 3 nights by WDW but have not booked it yet!

We would probably be there all day at US on our 3rd day would we still be able to use our FOTLPass when our check out is at 11 a.m.

thanks....

would you suggest 3 instead of 2

this is for November

Unless it's Thanksgiving week, you should have little problem seeing everything in both parks and redoing your favorites Thursday afternoon ...

I took my parents to the parks one time for just one day and we basically did all the major attractions in both parks in just one day ...

ellie&mattys mom, we are doing basiclly the same.but going to Disney first for 3 nights then to IOA and US for 2 nights staying at the HRH. I can't wait till friday is here. I have so much stress in my life that I would of been hapry pitching a tent on the side of the highway. LOL I think 2 nights with FOTL access is plenty of time in those to parks. I think you can use your pass the whole day that you check out of the hotel. Here is the number to call and just verify that 1-800-232-7827. Have a great time
:D

You can have UE for three full days with two nights at the HRH. I just spent two nights at PBH and frankly do not think it's enough to get to know the resort but it is enough for the parks.

I agree...its plenty of time for the parks...but you will be missing out a the fab resort!! Have fun!

So then 3 nights to enjoy the resort too!!!

Just so hard to decide when we are going for 5 nights...

thanks all!!

even though check out is 11AM you get to keep your room key for the rest of the day for FOTL. Since you will be getting there too late on the first day to enter the parks plan on hanging by the pool the first evening. Hit the bed early and get up early the next day to hit the parks.

I would go to WDW the first 2 nights and then spend the last 3 nights at Universal. We went to Universal first and used our room keys for Express ride access (which was excellent!). Then we went to WDW and had to wait on some pretty long lines, even with their so called "express". All we kept saying while we were waiting on line at WDW was if we were at Universal, we wouldn't be waiting like this. Universal's Express will spoil you for other parks that don't have it. If I were you, I would go to Universal last!!!

I think you should be fine, especially in a down time like November (unless it's over Thanksgiving  ).
We have stayed twice at HRH, and always for 2 nights. You need to allow 2 days to do both parks, so if you're arriving late the first day, plan on spending your check-out day in the parks.
If your kids are little, you will be spending much more time at Universal that at IOA. Most of the rides at IOA are geared toward older kids and adults. Universal is packed with rides and shows for all ages, so you will want to go back there a second day.
WDW will be the harder scheduling problem for you!! If you only have three days there, you will have to pick and choose before you go and plan the best itinerary carefully.
