Is 2 days enough to see US and IOA in July?

we would be staying at the Hardrock so we would have early entry FOTL priviledges....we have never been to either park............

I would consider 2 days the "highlight" tour. You may not be able to see everything. I would recommend 3 days to take it all in.

We went during a slow time in January. Sure we hit a few rides more than once. The kids couldn't leave Suessland and we had to get autographs. We didn't see all of either park. We were running the last two hours to try to finish everything. Almost went back for the third day, but Typhoon Lagoon opened when the weather actually got into the 60's. I forgot, the water rides had no lines so we walked right on at IOA. You need 3 days to fully enjoy these parks. We are big Disney fans, but will not miss IOA and US next trip.
