Why do people feel the need to make sure everyone agrees with their point of view? 
I'm sure the DVC I people are very happy with their purchase and love their home resort. While I would have loved to be in the financial position to purchase when DVC was first offered, I wasn't. It just so happens that Saratoga Springs was being offered at the time we were ready to purchase. I feel extremely lucky that we were able to purchase at the net $79 price. My wife and I should easily be able to enjoy WDW for the next 30+ years, by then, I'm sure our children (and grandchildren?) will be very happy to have 20 years of vacations remaining, even if they are limited to only staying at SSR.
