Irritated already!

I am arriving on the 11th as well and picked my Fastpass+ selections right at midnight. Mine Train and Anna & Elsa were not available then either, so OP didn't miss out on anything by not staying up late.....

Exactly! Flawed system!

Are you people nuts?????? I am paying good money to go there! I love Disney, but yes, it irritates me that to bump sales they give free dining making the slow times crowded! If I started picking Fastpasses three days after it opened up then shame on me, but 7:30am. That's ridiculous!

FP+ opened up at Midnight EST that day. It may be ridiculous, but thats they way it is.

To get my Apple Watch I had to be up at 2 AM to get my reservation, and luckily I did otherwise I would have been month or two out before I got mine. People who ordered the new iPhone are 3-4 weeks out on most models if they didn't preorder at Midnight PST.

As they say, you snooze you lose.

I'd also like to ask, what is BAD MONEY? Everyone seems to pay with good money

Like the PP said, even if she hadn't snoozed, she still would have lost. There were no fastpasses for Nov 11 even at midnight 60 days in advance.

Unfortunately everyone is paying a good amount of money for their trip. It doesn't entitle anyone to better fast pass selections because we're all in the same boat. That said, I'm going Nov 11-18 and I was able to get SDMT and A&E for my trip, just at the end of the trip (mine train for Nov 17 and 18, and A&E for Nov 18). I even got the times I wanted. I was on at midnight to do it.

It irritates you that a company whose sole purpose is to make money has figured out a way to fill their resorts and parks? There are no slow times at Disney anymore, and that is a good thing for Disney. A FP is not required to do either of those two things.

I am paying for my food and can't get what I want, but the people not paying get want they want!

False. The people not paying for food are paying full rack rate for their room. You are able to book under a Fall room offer or even an equivalent offer such as an AAA rate. So don't be fooled by the "free" dining ruse. And besides, those booked under the free dining promotion are afforded the same opportunities you are when it comes to booking FPs and ADRs. You win some, you lose some in the Disney game.

AAA no longer does resort discounts with Disney.

Mine train is available on Nov 16 and 17 for at least a party of 4 right now.

I'm sorry you didn't get the FP you were wanting. We did get free dining but we were already going that week so it didn't factor in our decision. I am still seeking a reservation for that illusive BOG dinner cause I wanna meet the Beaasttt! I did stay up till midnight last night to do our 60 day FP and there were 7dmt & A&E for the last few days of our trip. Maybe try looking further out instead of the first few days, at least for 7DMT? I hope that you can still check and move your FP selections around.

Check out this site: http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/fastpass_plus_availability.php. I looked at it during the day of my midnight FP selections and edited my plans to I could book on the days that showed availability. I know not everyone can do that, I just happened to be going to MK on my last 2 days.
This is a great idea, I would not have thought to do that. It's also kind of hard to rearrange schedules being ADR's are already booked (and probably won't be able to rebook for a different date). Glad I have hoppers, that should make it a little easier to readjust the schedule if I need to when the time comes for me to book my FP's.

Sorry, OP. :( Maybe try searching for one or two FP at a time rather than your whole group as others have suggested. You can stagger the times to overlap so you can all go in together anyway. My party has always been two people, and I got FP for Anna and Elsa and SDMT on both arrival and departure day for my trip last summer. I was waiting at midnight to do it, though, I admit!

I've always had an easy enough time getting FP+, so I can only assume I'm stupidly lucky or that it's much easier when you're only searching for two.
