Iron-on transfers for shirt?

I'm trying to 'make' a shirt for our trip but the shirt I'm using is red. I bought and downloaded the image from Etsy as an iron on image, but the printing sheets I'm seeing are for light shirts or dark shirts---what would red be considered? Any suggestions for the printer sheets? The image is white if that matters.

I would buy the sheets for dark fabric my BFF made this for her sisters new baby and she used the ones for dark
