Iron on transfer design

I am new to this forum and would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. We are planning a family trip to Disney World in November 2013 for our grandsons fifth birthday. Our group will involve 14 - 15 people (4 children). I would like to have a design to put on t shirts for everyone. I would also like for it to have each persons first name. I don't know where to find something like this on this forum. If you can help, I would be very grateful.
