iPod/iPhone Spending Tracker App?

Anyone know of a good, simple app for tracking money spent on vacation? I did a search but got a million different results and I don't know too much about these new fangled app things.

My DD10 has an iPod Touch we are taking with us to the World and I am giving her a set amount of money she can spend while there. I thought this might be a great chance to give her a lesson in budgeting. I am looking for a way she can enter how much she has spent each day and see a running total. Of course if there was one available where we could enter the budgeted amount and see an available balance that would ideal but n0t necessary. Maybe I need more of a check register type of thing?

We've tried a few different Apps for cash tracking and for some reason we keep going back to CashTrails. There is a free version and that's what we use and we use it whenever we are on vacation to keep up with our expenditures.

We use checkbook register. We just put in how much money we budgeted to start and then just add in what we spend. It automatically does the math for us and tells us what we have left. Love it!

Oh...and they have an app that will figure out tips for you too. That one I love on vacation!
