Ipod frozen

Help! Does anyone know how to un freeze an Ipod??
I was uploading it and the ipod just froze.

Try reseting it....I think u hold down the menu and the middle button at the same time.

Or try charging in on the charger, sometimes that helps.

Mine freezes all the time :[[

I think you have to switch the hold button 3 times...and then I can't remember if you press the middle and menu button down until it restarts or the middle button and play button down.

Try doing alot of things, sometimes its hitting something random that will unfreeze it.
