IPO for GF what is up with them???

I wanted to see if anyone else is having a problem with them? I asked them to email me with all of my reservations, they emailed me an old one. I asked a few quesions but they did not resopond to them told them waht was missing (might be book under another phone #) no word back. Calvin was out until 9/11 so I sent sent to the contact info her left..still nothing back from anyone.. I dont understand...where is the service! I am in sales and If I did not call my customers back with in a day I would be out of a job!

1) Be patient.
2) That one IPO office handles IPO for three resorts.
3) When there is absenteeism or vacations, things back-up.
4) They will eventually get back to you.

It's the Itinerary Planning Office for the guests staying in the concierge levels. They'll make reservations, etc. for you.

For some reason this IPO office seems to be the slowest I have dealt with. I know they handle the Contemporary too. It does take time with them, I haven't ever heard back from them in a day. Usually it takes about a week, and after about 4 days I give them a friendly e-mail again. I had a real difficult time last year, it took 2 weeks at times. I know they are busy, but I am dealing with the Boardwalk too, and always hear from them within a day, sometimes the same day. The Boardwalk also handles a few resorts. Just give them a friendly e-mail stating it is your second request and you need the information as soon as possible. Good luck, don't give up.

thats to bad. Calvin was great for my family but when he wasnt there I never heard from anyone. They all handle multiple resorts. The POLY and WL share an IPO
the BC YC and BWI share one
AKL has there own
GF and CR share one

Calvin is great as is Allison at the poly and Julia at the Epcot resort.
I am sure calvin will get back to you soon. If he doesnt call and say you need to be called.
