iphone vs HTC dream

Hi everyone!

I'm a 3rd year med student starting in the hospitals and I'm looking at getting a new cell phone that I can also use as a PDA (load medical software etc.) With the provider I'm with, I have narrowed it down to the iphone or the HTC dream, as they both have a large screen that will make reading etextbooks a little bit easier , but I'm having trouble deciding between the two!

Anyone out there with experience on either of these two care to offer some advice in terms of what you like and/or dislike about either of these phones?

I don't know about the second one, but I know a few residents who love the iphones.
