iPhone users, where do you save important emails?

I have a job where I travel, and I get emails of the staff that are attending the different sites I'll be at, with their phone numbers that I need to save. So far, the "notes" app that comes with the phone has worked perfectly, just cutting and pasting the email into it. However, I don't like the script that is used, I'd rather block style. Do you have a favorite app that you cut and paste important email to? Thanks!

It doesn't automatically save emails? I'm just asking because I *really* want an iphone-my blackberry routinely deletes emails I need, and I don't want to have to deal with that again.

You have the ability to send emails, trash them, forward them, but not save them. I asked a staff member at the Apple store the reason, and he said it would take up too much memory. He suggested what I do, in putting them in the notes app, but again I don't like the script.

I use the free yahoo mail, and file emails that I want to save in the folders I designate in yahoo.
